Document Description
The project involves the resurfacing, sealing, and restriping of road right-of-way on Ventura Avenue between North 15th Street and North 3rd Street. The project also include several intersections/streets that branch off of Ventura Avenue (see Figure 1). The project covers approximately 0.8 miles of roadway along Ventura Avenue in addition to the various intersections/streets. The project intends to improve roadway conditions for the enhanced safety and comfort of the traveling public and city residents.

The Project includes the repair and restriping of the existing roadway pavement along Ventura Avenue between North 15th Street and North 3rd Street, in addition to the streets intersections along Ventura Avenue as shown in Figure 1. The Project does not involve the expansion of the roadway or increase traffic capacity; no new traffic lanes are being constructed.
