Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to remove and replace pole #1856398E, in the same hole on State Route (SR-34) at postmile 14.6, as well as to perform associated temporary pedestrian traffic control activities in the City of Camarillo, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 24 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 1 foot. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
