Planned Development Amendment to rescind and replace the previously approved Planned Development Permit (PUD/82-0097) with a new Preliminary Development Plan, Final Development Plan for the expansion of an existing 107-acre Hume SoCal Campground to approximately 252.1 acres, increase in camp facilities for approximately 3,000 campers, camp staff, and facility office staff, which will include construction/ installation of new camp structures including residential dorms, semi-permanent tent, staff housing, dining/meeting halls, and indoor/outdoor recreational facilities, campground infrastructure and addition of recreational activities with implementation within five (5) phases.
