Upgrade from damaged Guardrail to concrete barrier Project along I-15 at Southbound Centre City Parkway in San Diego County. Project work consists of removing the existing guardrail, removing asphalt concrete dike, and installation of a new concrete barrier using slip form paving equipment, a 35g excavator, and a compact track loader to place k-rail.
