Right of entry for Moffatt & Nichol to install and operate weigh-in- motion (WIM) sensors and inductive loops on Pier D, area beneath and adjacent to West Ocean Boulevard at Harbor Scenic Drive, to collect calibrated truck load data for federal research on load combinations, including associated system enclosure and power infrastructure (solar or hardwired). The agreement shall become effective upon execution by the Chief Executive Officer and shall remain in effect for one (1) year, unless earlier terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice.

The project proposes an installation of small, new equipment (Weigh-in-Motion Sensors, inductive loops, and associated infrastructure) and is within an existing, developed area in the Harbor Planning District.
