Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-TRI-56519-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Sean O’Connor.

Work for these encroachments will include excavation of road fill down to the former streambed grade and orientation, relocation of fill material off-site or to a stable onsite/upland location. Hydrological disconnection of road segments to prevent road runoff from discharging across freshly excavated channel slopes. Implementation of erosion control BMP’s including mulching, seeding, and revegetating bare soils to avoid/minimize sediment delivery to state waters.
