Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSINY-61361-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Julianne Zotter on behalf of American Perlite. The project involves restoring two areas where road off-cast soil was deposited along the bank of Fuller Creek. Berms and loose soil approximately 1.5 feet deep will be removed to return the site to the original grade, covering a total area of approximately 25,700 square feet. The site will be reseeded in the fall with a native seed mix to promote natural revegetation, and K-rail barriers will be placed along the roads edge to protect the restored area and prevent future soil deposition.
