Document Description
An Encampment Deterrent Project at North Parkway onramp to SB I-805, NB I-15 offramp to University Avenue, SB I-15 onramp to University Avenue, and Pedestrian Bridge abutments over I-15 in San Diego County. Project work consists of securing bridge abutment, repairing damaged slopes, removing and replacing existing chainlink fence and gates with hardened 4D fence and gates, and constructing hardscaping such as riprap / angular rocks / boulders. Grout is anticipated to be used with the rocks to prevent individuals from removing the rocks or tossing them onto road.
