Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SUT-59355-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Yuba City. The project is limited to restoring the water intake facility’s access road along a 2,000 linear foot, 25-foot-wide gravel road, running alongside the western embankment of the Feather River. To restore the roadway, the City of Yuba City will replace the lost road surface materials in kind. The damaged river embankment alongside the road repair area will also be repaired and stabilized.
