Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-60659-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California State Parks. The project is limited to a culvert replacement, installation of a new culvert, rerouting Bobcat trail over the new culvert, recontouring the slopes of the drainage to Goose Pond to create new wetland swales, and raising the road over the culvert replacement by two feet. Hydroseeding and planting willow stakes will be done as restoration. All these activities are part of a stormwater improvement project to prevent or reduce ponding which occurs at the service entrance to the Oak Hill Trail system above Goose Pond.
