Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-63220-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Roy Stephens.
The project is limited to the removal of accumulated dirt, rock and debris upstream and downstream of a multiculvert crossing; the work area will be limited to a 10-foot setback from the inlets and outlets of the culverts. Removed material will be redistributed outside of the streambed and riparian area. The removal of concrete and the asphalt apron at the outlet of the culverts will not occur without the addition of rock armoring and may be added to the banks to prevent erosion.
