Although the parcel is vacant, it has been previously disturbed by agricultural and equestrian uses. The proposed improvements involve only minor grading, trenching, and landscaping necessary for installation and screening. Therefore, the project will not result in significant environmental impacts or affect sensitive environmental resources.
