Document Description
The City of Redding (City) will enter into agreements with the Bella Vista Water District (District) to augment the District's water supply in order to mitigate water supply impacts associated with new developments occurring within the City and served by the District and to remove water service as a barrier for orderly development within the City and the District overlap areas. This agreement has an initial term, estimated at thirty (30) years, with two (2) optional ten ( 10) year extensions. A new Emergency lnte1iie Agreement will be executed to set forth the City's and District's respective rights, duties, and obligations. This agreement will continue until either party determines that the agreement is not in their best interest and provides the required notifications.
