Document Description
The Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians (Tribe) has prepared a Draft Tribal Environmental Impact Report (TEIR) to assess the potential off-reservation impacts of the Tribe’s proposed gaming pavilion project (Project). The TEIR has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Tribal-State Compact (Compact) between the Tribe and the State of California. The Project consists of the development of an approximately 6,200-square foot addition connecting to the main floor of the casino. The single-floor gaming pavilion would provide for the relocation of slot machines and table games from underutilized sections of the gaming floor.
