Document Description
Upgrade and modernize 26 signalized intersections located along Sycamore Valley Road, Camino Tassajara, Crow Canyon Road and El Cerro Boulevard. The project will improve safety and mobility for all modes of travel, maximize arterial system throughput, reduce environmental impacts (GHG emissions), and improve operational efficiency along the subject project corridors. The project consists of installation of video/radar camera detection systems, Advanced Traffic Controller (ATC) traffic signal cabinets, ethernet communications switches, and installation/implementation of cloud-based Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) and video analytics system software. All equipment will be installed using existing conduits without causing ground disturbance.
