The disturbed project site has no value as habitat for endangered, rare, or threatened species and is not designated as a scenic highway. The project site is not listed on Geotracker as having an active clean up site assessment Dursuant to lists identified under Section 65962.5 of the Government Code. The project site does not impact historical resources.

No significant adverse effects were identified during the evaluation process.
