The project consists of the division of property into fewer than four lots that: (a) is in conformance with the Petaluma General Plan, Petaluma Municipal Code (PMC) Chapter 20 and Implementing Zoning Ordinance (IZO) (b) does not include application for variances or exceptions; (c) has existing services and access conforming to local standards; (d) was not involved in a division of a larger parcel within the previous 2 years; and (e) does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent. Therefore, the project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15315 Class 15. No exceptions listed in CEQA Guidelines 15300.2 apply. Project was administratively approved on October 28, 2025.
