SWP Agreement #25038 provides for a non-permanent transfer of up to 25,000 acre-feet of Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency’s (AVEK) approved 2025 SWP Table A water to the Westside Districts, which consists of Dudley Ridge and the following four KCWA member units: Belridge Water Storage District, Berrenda Mesa Water District, Lost Hills Water District, and Wheeler Ridge – Maricopa Water Storage District. The transfer of water shall be completed by December 31, 2025.
