Document Description
The proposed project is for a license for a specialty mixed-light tier 1 cultivation license for commercial cannabis. The project site is located at 7280 Black Bart Trl in Redwood Valley Mendocino County CA 95470 (APN 176-020-12-00). The proposed project is for 4,880 sf of mature cultivation. Historic images show what appears to be cannabis cultivation on site as early as 2018. The current project footprint was established circa 2021. Irrigation is supplied by an existing on-site ground water well. Maximum monthly water is estimated at 12,000 gallons. Power is supplied by PG&E through existing infrastructure with a monthly projection total of 750 kWh.

Class 1 Categorical Exemptions consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alterations to existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
