Document Description
The project requires the acquisition of 0.19 acres of temporary construction area (TCA) easement on portions of the subject parcels to support construction for the
replacement, rehabilitation, and abandonment of an existing sewer system. Use of the TCA easement will require grading and the removal of existing private improvements such as hardscape, fencing, and vegetation, The TCA easement will also be used to store construction-related equipment. Upon completion of the project, the TCA easement will be restored to its pre-existing condition, The project will also require the acquisition of approximately 0.13 acres for use as a permanent easement for sewer utilities. The easement acquisition will include the right to construct, maintain, operate, use, repair, and access the sewer infrastructure along and across the real property within the permanent easement. The subject parcels are within a developed area.
