Document Description
Caltrans proposes to replace damaged and vandalized components of two pump plant facilities on State Route 58 near Union Avenue Overcrossing and Washington Street Overcrossing in Bakersfield under a director’s order emergency contract. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of damaged pump plant components at Union Avenue and the replacement of the pump and electrical components at Washington Street. An alarm system will be installed at both locations. The project will require traffic control. Work is proposed within the Caltrans right-of-way.
