The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSINY-57718-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Inyo County Parks and Recreation.
The project involves constructing new bridge abutments, installing a prefabricated
footbridge, and removing the existing deteriorated bridge and abutments across
Tinemaha Creek at the Tinnemaha Creek campground.

The Tinnemaha Pedestrian Bridge Project is exempt because Inyo County will be replacing a pedestrian bridge that will have the same function as the bridge that is currently on site. Minor alternations to the land near Tinemaha Creek will occur to construct the concreate abutments for the replacement bridge to be placed on.
