Document Description
Department of Water Resources (DWR) staff will install six warning signs on the banks of the Old River canal next to the Clifton Court Forebay intake on the southeast corner of the forebay. Each sign post will be augered 4-6 feet into the ground using an excavator with auger attachment and anchored with a concrete stand approx. 16 inches wide. Two patches of giant reeds will be mowed on opposite sides of one of the sign locations to allow for visibility. All work will be on established roads and previously disturbed areas within the DWR right of way.
