Document Description
T-TSA is proposing improvements to their process and comfort heating facilities at their Water Reclamation Plant (WRP). The existing steam boilers have reached the end of their useful life and require replacement. T-TSA is proposing to replace the existing steam boilers with a new heating and energy recovery system that is more efficient and reliable, reduces long-term O&M, and provides flexibility to accommodate future demands and processes. The project would include new hydronic boilers, a new boiler building, a new access road, new digester gas conditioning equipment for the new boiler system, and replacement of existing facilities associated with the existing process and comfort heating system, including piping systems, electrical equipment, and instrumentation and controls.
