Document Description
The project proposes to combine 4 existing parcels into 2 and construct a one-story, 10,100 square foot Behavioral Health Center (BHC) in an open space turf area. The BHC would provide a range of behavioral health services to low-to-moderate income individuals and families in the area, providing facility space for individual counseling offices, and large meeting rooms for group therapy and staff training. The project would also renovate the existing parking areas on the west and south sides of the existing buildings, upgrade landscaping, and construct a solid 6-foot wall along the property lines where parking abuts residential uses.
