Document Description
The District Director's Order will repair and rebuild a section of damaged Sound wall as a result of a vehicle hit on northbound State Route 57. This work is needed to immediately restore functional use of the state facility. This repair is beyond the scope and expertise of District Maintenance crews and existing service contracts. This emergency contract is necessary to prevent the loss or impairment of life, property, or essential public service.
