Document Description
Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) is proposing the Los Angeles Union Station (LAUS) ADA Immediate Remediation Project (Project) within LAUS West campus. The Project would include both exterior and interior improvements to help bring the facility into compliance with current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California Building Code (CBC Chapter 11B) standards. The proposed upgrades focus on enhancing accessibility and convenience at the station, including ADA improvements to Parking Lot B, barrier-free pathways, and restroom facilities, along with tactile and visual wayfinding signage across the West campus.
