The City of Redding (City) proposes to install a new standby generator with associated infrastructure and a ground mount photovoltaic system at the Anderson Library. The area will be enclosed with a 6’ fence. Work will include clearing vegetation, excavating for the generator foundation, installing engineered fill, pouring concrete, and constructing a 6’ fence.
