Document Description
Michael Baker, International, on behalf of Chino East End Industrial, LLC (Property Owner), has proposed acquiring a portion of an existing District easement. The purpose of this acquisition is to extinguish the easement encumbrance from the property identified as APN 1013-271- 17. The easement is no longer necessary, as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has since developed the San Antonio Channel. Additionally, undocumented fill has accumulated within the easement over time. Also indicated are improvements on behalf of the San Bernardino County, to include street drainage transitioning to and through part of the District's easement into the San Antonio Channel by way of an open ditch.
