Caltrans approves of encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace deteriorated pole 1036908E and conduct temporary traffic control activities on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) 1 at postmile 14.15, within the city of Lomita, Los Angeles County. All work will take place at night within Caltrans right-of-way. The excavation will have a maximum depth of 132 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 36 feet.
