Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a renewal of an existing 5-year limited term use permit for an indoor cannabis cultivation operation including up to 18,000 square feet of canopy within an industrial facility previously approved under UPC18-0042 and located on a 5.21-acre parcel zoned MP (Industrial Park), with Combining District for VOH (Valley Oak Habitat); APN 059-370-001. The proposed project consists of the continued operation of an existing indoor cannabis operation with no changes to the current operation. No changes to the currently approved use or accessory uses, including propagation, onsite processing, and distribution, would be modified under this renewal. No internal or external modifications to the existing are proposed under this renewal.
