Reasons for Exemption
No significant adverse impacts to resources would occur as a result of this Project. The Project would modify existing facilities as allowed by the Class 1 categorical exemption. The Project would replace and reconstruct existing structures and facilities as allowed by the Class 2 categorical exemption. The Project would consist of minor alterations to land as allowed by the Class 4 categorical exemption. It can be seen with certainty that the Project would not have a significant effect on the environment as allowed by the Common Sense exemption. The Project does not meet any of the exceptions listed in CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2. See Attachment A for further details.
