Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SMO-62180-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Thomas Kenney. The project is limited to the replacement of three culverts and removal of the corresponding downspouts on Class II watercourses, as denoted in the approved 1-12NTMP-003-SMO DEV 7 (Exhibit A).
