Request for a Lot Line Adjustment and Variance to correct an existing condition in which the house at 1102 21st Street (APN 4184-005-010) encroaches into the neighboring property to the east at 1110 21st Street (APN 4184-005-038). 481 square feet would be transferred from 1110 21st Street to 1102 21st Street and four (4) square feet would be transferred from 1102 21st Street to 1110 21st Street. The net result is a transfer of 477 square feet from 1110 21st Street to 1102 21st Street.
