Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-54899-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Terrence and Cynthia Ornelas.
The project is limited to the replacement of three culverts on a Class III watercourse and reestablishment of an inside ditch connected to a Class II spring as denoted in the approved 1-25EM-00038-SCR (Exhibit A).
