The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SCR-54039-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, David Getchell.
The project is limited to the replacement of three culverts, removal of one culvert and removal of debris from a watercourse as denoted in the approved 1- 24NTMP-00005-SCR “Northcoast LLC” Nonindustrial Timber Management Plan.
