The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-ALA-56143-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Chevron Pipe Line Company, as represented by Kenny White. The project consists of the removal and replacement of an existing hazardous or volatile liquid pipeline that is located outside the boundaries of an oil refinery; does not increase the diameter of the pipeline; involves a section of pipeline less than 8 miles in length and construction activities are undertaken over a length of less than 0.5 mile at a time; is less than 8 miles in length and greater than 8 miles distance from any other section of pipeline that has been subject to this exemption within the previous 12 months; and is not solely for the purpose of excavating soil contaminated by hazardous materials.
