Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SON-55357-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) as represented by Jeremiah Davis.
The project is amended to abandon the installation of the PG&E electrical line below Salmon Creek and the unnamed tributary, and the associated bore hole, and instead install the electrical conduit on the existing bridge that crosses Salmon Creek.

The project will construct a small new structure which is the installation of an electrical utility line. The project will also make minor alterations to the condition of land and water by installing the electrical utility line, abandoning the existing horizonal directional drill bore hole, and returning Salmon Creek to pre-project conditions.
