Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SMO-51883-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Marina Franco. The stream bank reconstruction and deck replacement project is amended to allow limited work within the early rainy season, October 15-November 1, provided additional daily inspections and email reports are submitted to CDFW.

Reasons for Exemption
The project will continue to replace an existing deck and reconstruct a stable bank. The deck will be replaced with a deck of substantially the same purpose and capacity and at the same site as the original. The bank will be stabilized and reconstructed to its pre-erosional original condition at the same site. The project was previously determined as Class 2 categorically exempt by both the Regional Water Quality Control Board and CDFW, which is final and conclusive on all persons (Pub. Resources Code § 21080.1, subd. (a)).
