Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SJN-56264-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to City of Stockton. The project is limited to maintenance dredging within the entrance channel to marina, all fairways, between the floats at the boat launch area, and as far into the berths as equipment will allow. The dredged material will be transported by barge and placed at one of two existing off-site placement sites: Roberts Island Dredged Material Placement Site, or Montezuma Wetlands Restoration Project.
