Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SJN-48012-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Reclamation District 2062.
The project is limited to in-kind replacement of a stormwater discharge pipe located adjacent to Paradise Cut on Stewart Tract. The 24-inch diameter discharge pipe will be removed and replaced with a new, steel 24-inch diameter discharge pipe to facilitate continued discharge of stormwater into Paradise Cut.
