Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS- CCA-58017-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to SFPP, Inc.
The project is limited to two project sites within the Martinez Refinery right-of-way; dig sites 2024-6B-F and 2024-7. Anomalies, identified as an “Immediate Dig (5-day inspection requirements) and “60-day Dig” (60-day inspection requirements), based on Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) pipeline safety parameters, were detected in the pipeline at the two dig sites during normal internal pipeline inspection. Both projects require excavation, inspection of the pipelines, and anomaly repair in Line Section (LS) 72 of the pipelines.
