Document Description
The Project involves the construction and operation of an approximately 1,663,112 square-foot industrial/warehouse facility on an approximately 113-acre site, which consists of three (3) parcels located northwest of I-15 and east of Stoddard Wells Road in Victorville, California. Building 1, the north building, would be approximately 1,014,159 square feet and Building 2 on the southern portion would be approximately 648,953 square feet. The Project would include passenger vehicle parking spaces, trailer parking spaces, tractor-trailer loading docks, and other associated site improvements such as landscaping, sidewalks, and internal driveways. Off-site improvements include improvements to Stoddard Wells Road fronting the project site, and utility and water supply infrastructure.
