The proposed project would add less than 500 square feet of habitable space and less than 640 square feet of non-habitable garage space to an existing legal dwelling. The buffer reductions approved by this project do not affect the density of the site and existing physical agriculture buffers (fences and vegetation) installed on the site meet the County requirement to reduce the required buffer setbacks
In addition, none of the conditions described in Section 15300.2 apply to this project.
