Document Description
Crown Construction and Development Inc. has proposed a Tentative Subdivision Map (TSM) for APN 394-021-42, an approximately 15.03-acre parcel. The proposed TSM would divide the property into 44 single family residential lots and develop the site as a Planned Unit Development. The Project complies with the Low Density Residential Land Use designation and the R-1-7 Single Family zoning standards established by the City of Kingsburg General Plan and Official Zoning Map. The proposal also includes a neighborhood park of approximately 0.40 acres, which would use about 0.20 acres from the adjacent parcel (APN 394-021-43); the remainder of that parcel would not be developed. The Kingsburg City Council has reviewed and approved the CEQA document for the proposed Project.
