Document Description
The Collins College of Hospitality Management is proposing a renovation and addition to building 79 and 79A. The project proposes interior renovation work to the facilities as well as a building addition of approximately 2,553 SF to building 79A, the Shupnick Innovation Center. The addition will construct space for an incubation lab, prefunction space, and a café. Once construction is complete, the facilities will provide modern and relevant facilities for experiential learning.
