Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-61679-R1C, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Gregory Musgrave. The Project is limited to three (3) encroachments to rock armor existing ford crossings on unnamed tributaries to Ten Mile Creek. Additional work includes minor grading and road approach improvements including placement of rock, as necessary to minimize erosion. Vehicles shall not be operated on the ford crossings when surface water is present.

Reasons for Exemption
The project replaces existing fords with appropriately sized and designed rock-armored ford crossings, installed to current standards. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. The structures have the same use and capacity.
