Document Description
The Project area is Taylor Mountain Regional Park in Sonoma County. Crews will conduct hand removal of invasive French broom (Genista monspessulana) and other invasive plants from the park, targeting areas along trails in the Colgan Creek watershed. Crews will manually remove broom plants by hand pulling or weed wrenches and scatter resulting vegetation within the Project area to encourage decomposition and native understory regeneration. Pulled material will not exceed 6 inches in depth.
