Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-LAS-57688-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Lassen County - Department of Public Works. The Project is limited to the replacement of the existing, structurally deficient bridge at Whitehead Slough to maintain access across the slough. The existing bridge is 54-foot-long by 19-foot-wide steel span structure that provides access for two-way traffic across Whitehead Slough on Capezzoli Lane. The existing bridge would be replaced with a new 83-foot-long and 36-foot-wide bridge. The new bridge abutments would be located outside of the channel above the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM), and the bridge superstructure would span the channel with no central supports.
