The houses will be at locations that are zoned and legally permitted for residential use, and all development and improvements must comply with existing development and use requirements and remain consistent with surrounding uses. Project sites will be geographically dispersed, with no more than one house located in any given neighborhood. At least one of the homes will be in West County, with another in Santa Rosa. Project beneficiaries will include persons recovering from substance use disorders, who will obtain safe and substance-free living environments in a communal setting with support from recovery providers and fellow residents.
